Iperium were contacted by Ruckus to help them source a Regional Director for Central & Eastern Europe, a fast growth area for their business where they have been looking to further cement their footprint with a senior regional leader.
A key facet for this role was identifying an individual who has successfully grown an established multi million pound region through a combination of indirect and high touch sales methodologies.
Based on our contact network in the wireless market Iperium identified numerous Regional Sales leaders who have successful track records of success across the territory. A small number of these were within Ruckus wireless’s direct competition. Using our proven headhunting methodology we approached these individuals eliminating candidates who did not hold the sufficient commitment or didn’t have the prerequisite experience to be able to fulfil the opportunity. Within one week of initial engagement we established a blended shortlist from direct competition and the wider security / networking marketplace.
