Overture Networks is a company that designs, manufactures, and markets networking and telecommunications equipment. Founded in 2000, Overture has built its success through positioning Software-Defined Networking (SDN) solutions towards telecommunication operators.
As a result of their expansion Overture needed to hire a SDN Pre Sales expert in Germany to work with major Central European Operators.
The individual they were looking to hire needed to be both technical and commercial in his approach getting involved in all aspects of pre sales through to successful delivery of the solution.
Having already engaged other recruiters Overture had a number of candidates under consideration. With the VP of EMEA due to final interview in Germany within 10 days of briefing Iperium it was essential that we were able to react quickly.

The candidate was presented to the EMEA VP who requested to meet the candidate for a first interview whilst he was in country.
The candidate was interviewed, hired, and started within a month of the interview process concluding. The entire recruitment process was therefore closed within fourteen days from first engagement.
